Established 1998
HTS Construction, Inc. began as a one-man operation hauling dirt for home builders and performing light excavation work.

We have grown into a company of approximately 50 employees and can now self perform a complete site-work package that includes asphalt paving, concrete curb and gutter, flat-work, and underground utilities. Our employees hold certifications required by the State of Georgia to perform work specific to their training and background. These include NPDES, Flagger, Utility Foreman, Utility Manager, Confined Spaces, Competent Person and HAZmat to name a few.

We are able to build 3-D models as per civil site plans in-house and perform complete construction surveying as required by each individual project.

We are a licensed Utility Contractor with the Georgia Secretary of State. We are a GDOT prequalified contractor, registered to perform work for the State of Georgia and are registered with the Team Georgia Marketplace. In addition, we are bonded and insured.

We operate a fleet of equipment including on-road and off-road vehicles, dump trucks, tractor trailers and specialized equipment for earth moving, paving, and concrete. In addition, we utilize the latest GPS technology on our grading equipment. Our lowboy is licensed to operate in Georgia, Florida and Alabama.
We generally perform work within a 75-mile radius of Albany. We have performed work for Local, State and Federal Governments, Municipalities, Public Entities, Private Businesses, Residential Contractors and Individuals.
